Queue Management is touch screen based kiosk where bank customer select their service and system print and give token; when customer’s turn come then same token number displayed with counter number at TV screen on wall. This system gives MIS report day wise total customer and service.
Token Display System is designed as a modular queue system. It directs a customer holding a numbered ticket to the first available room or counter. Customer collects the ticket/token from reception or ticket from wall – mounted printer and the call is made from single button or key pad at each caller’s location. Optional over counter or room digit displays identify the caller.
